Notification of acquisition of treasury shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that it has acquired 1,000 own shares which represent 0.075% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of treasury shares amounts to 1,808 which represent 0.136% of the Company's share capital.
