Notification of acquisition of treasury shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that on October 1 and 2, it has acquired 475 own shares which represent 0.036% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares amounts to 2,808 which represent 0.21% of the Company's share capital.
