Notification of acquisition of own shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that on Nov 20 to Nov 21, 2013, it has acquired 545 own shares which represent 0.04% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares amounts to 4,808 which represent 0.36% of the Company's share capital.
