Darko Huljenić appointed to The National Council for Science, Higher Education and Technological Development

The Croatian Parliament appointed on April 11 the National Council for Science, Higher Education and Technology Development, which is an expert body in charge of the development and quality of all scientific activities and the scientific system, higher education and technology development in the Republic of Croatia. The Council has 18 members who are all prominent Croatian experts. Ivo Družić was appointed the president, and the associate professor Darko Huljenić, Ph.D. is one of the members.

darko_huljenic.jpgThe associate professor Darko Huljenić, Ph.D. has been employed with Ericsson Nikola Tesla for many years, now. He has been engaged in numerous responsible tasks in the research and development segment, and was also the originator of the Summer Camp, which is the summer workshop, organized by Ericsson Nikola Tesla. 
 
Mr. Huljenić is also responsible for relations with the academic community and leads numerous activities related to EU programs and projects, as well as to the use of EU funds. At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, he acquired the title assistant lecturer in 2005 and in 2012 the title associate professor. At the given Faculty he lectures at the undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
