Ericsson Nikola Tesla at the CeBIT Bilişim

At the CeBIT Bilişim Trade Fair in Istanbul, the most important ICT event in Asia Minor, on September 14 ended the biggest joint appearance of Croatian ICT industry in history. Among 29 Croatian companies, Ericsson Nikola Tesla had a prominent position with the presentation of solutions in the field of e/m-health and e-government.

 
The Turkish ICT market is growing rapidly, according to the director of CeBIT Murat Ozer, and it is expected that by 2023 is going to reach 160 billion dollars. Therefore, the access to this and the surrounding markets is very important for domestic ICT companies. Tomislav Bronzin, vice president of ICT Association of Croatian Chamber of Commerce, said that this region makes big investments in new technologies and has a strong public sector, so this fair provides an opportunity for Croatian companies to penetrate and make new export business. The most successful domestic companies, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Economy and supported by the Croatian Entrepreneurs’ Association, presented sixty products, mainly aimed at improving the efficiency of state and public services and large companies, together with the complete portfolio of Ericsson Nikola Tesla for e/m-health and solutions for e-government with an emphasis on joint information system of land registry and cadastre.

CeBIT (Centrum für Büroautomation, Informationstechnologie und Telekommunikation) is the world's largest ICT trade fair, held every year in Hanover and also Shanghai (CeBIT Asia), Istanbul (CeBIT Bilişim) and Sydney (CeBIT Australia). This trade fair does not only indicate the direction of the development of commercial ICT sector, but this year was also focused on B2B conversations under the motto "Future comes with ICT". Lectures and panel discussions were oriented to key trends in the ICT industry, and the new theme of the conference was the application of ICT in healthcare with a focus on the exchange of knowledge and experience. This year's CeBIT Bilişim was well represented in the national media, numerous statements and reports were published, including a brief interview with MSc.
