The Croatian Chamber of Economy – Chamber Zagreb Awarded “Zlatna kuna” to Ericsson Nikola Tesla

At the formal session of the Chamber Zagreb City Council, held on December 17, 2014, in the Grand Hall of the Croatian Chamber of Economy- Chamber Zagreb, traditional recognitions were awarded – “Zlatna kuna” Plaques to the most successful large, medium and small companies from the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County for the business results achieved and the technological and innovative excellence they presented. Along with businessmen, the session gathered the representatives of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County, as well as the representatives of economic, scientific and other institutions.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla was awarded the plaque "Zlatna kuna" of the Croatian Chamber of Economy- Chamber Zagreb, in the category of large companies for the results achieved in 2013.
 
Gordana Kovačević, the President of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, accepted the award on behalf of the Company, and also thanked on behalf of all on the winners on the awarded recognitions. In her speech, she highlighted that the nominated and the awarded companies deserve honest congratulations, because precisely they are the positive examples of our economy that give hope and bring optimism, showing that even in the years of crises, quality business performance can be achieved.  Therefore, business success is possible, if it is based on motivated, innovative and competent employees, investments in development and export markets; if it applies new ways of working and business models, quality leadership and constant changes and adaptations. The President of Ericsson Nikola Tesla specially highlighted that she is happy about receiving the award from the Croatian Chamber of Economy- Chamber Zagreb for excellence in business this year, because this is the year in which the Company celebrates 65 years of its existence. She took the opportunity to thank all the Company employees on their contribution to results and stated that Croatia needs as many such quality companies, because they have the potential to create products with high added value, which will boost export and ensure the employment of young, educated experts of various profiles.
