It is a key to see business processes in a new light and to develop strategy based on innovations and to manage the ecosystem in that way. Every process can benefit from digitalization, whether is it about more efficient business, new business models or new customers. Today companies have huge possibilities in front of themselves, and the most successful ones are those which started with digitalization first. I hope that other Croatian companies will go in this direction.
