Damir Prusac, Manager ICT Systems Development in the Unit ICT Solutions for Industry& Society, is the author of the book that's just been published, “On the Trace of Agile Leadership - Principles and Practices for Human Work and Life”, in which he describes the experience with the modern principles and agile organization practices.  Lean and Agile are strategically important in the global organization, and Ericsson Nikola Tesla is one of the pioneers of their application, within Ericsson and in Croatia, as well.

This method has been applied at Ericsson Nikola Tesla for years within the R&D Center and the Unit ICT Solutions for Industry and Society, which is on the trail of Ericsson vision and strategy on technological leadership, innovativeness, efficiency and quality.

The subtitle “Principles and Practices for Human Work and Life” highlights the importance of directing the overall business environment towards people and teams, who represent the key elements towards a competitive and an efficient organization. The ways of achieving a truly team, iterative and incremental development are presented, whereby a desire of many modern organizations is trying to be achieved – continuous improvement by continuous learning.
