  Categories: Agreements Investors

In June and July, Ericsson Nikola Tesla signed new contracts in the segment of digital transformation of public administration and services. The contracts amount to more than EUR 6.8 million without VAT.

A two-year Framework Contract on the Maintenance of the Joint Information System of Land Registry and Cadaster (JIS) was signed with the Croatian Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and State Geodetic Administration. The contract covers the services of corrective, preventive, adaptive and perfective maintenance, special services and support services for the import of cadastral municipalities into JIS and the establishment of the Land Database. The aforementioned services ensure continuity in the maintenance of all JIS functionalities developed so far, which have been developed since 2007, and which have been significantly upgraded in recent years with funds from the World Bank loan and European funds. JIS is an internal application used by about 2000 employees of the client, while the use of the publicly available part (OSS) grows every year. OSS receives more than 200 million queries per year, over 80 developed services serve different institutions, while more than 30 institutions regularly use data from JIS. JIS is one of the first systems in the Republic of Croatia in which the information system connects two institutions at the level of data and business processes.

A contract was signed with the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute for the development of a national application for connecting to the EU Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information (EESSI) system for the needs of this institute. Successful implementation will enable the automation of the generation of certificates and P5000 forms confirming insurance periods during the insured person’s work in the Republic of Croatia, which will speed up the mentioned process.

We will cooperate with the Ministry of Labor, Pension System, Family and Social Policy on the project of creating and establishing a system for e-delivery of collective agreements. The aim is to digitize part of the business processes related to the receipt and recording of collective agreements, that is, to establish an information system for e-delivery and an e-database of collective agreements.
