Ericsson Nikola Tesla has signed new contracts focused on the further digital transformation of the society.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla joint-stock company with the registered office in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, PIN: 84214771175, in line with the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, hereby notifies the stakeholders of the changes in the Company's Supervisory Board.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla has recently signed contracts aimed at further digital transformation of society.

Pursuant to the Article 474, Paragraph 1 of the Capital Market Act, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., with headquarters in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, PIN: 84214771175 (hereinafter: “the Company”), hereby notifies on the acquisition of own shares at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

By signing a contract worth more than HRK 65 million, Kosovo Telecom and Ericsson Nikola Tesla started their cooperation related to the modernization of core and radio network and the maintenance of the network of this Kosovo operator.

Pursuant to the Article 474, Paragraph 1 of the Capital Market Act, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., with headquarters in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, PIN: 84214771175 (hereinafter: “the Company”), hereby notifies on the acquisition of own shares at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify the disposal of 15 own shares, which makes 0.001% of share capital.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify the disposal of 30 own shares, which makes 0.002% of share capital.

Today in Mostar, HT Mostar and Ericsson Nikola Tesla signed new contracts worth more than HRK 57 million for the upgrade and expansion of the LTE RAN network and the expansion of this operator’s transmission network, which represents a continuation of long-term successful cooperation between the two companies. The contracts were signed by the President of the Management Board of HT Mostar Vilim Primorac and the President of Ericsson Nikola Tesla Gordana Kovačević.
