The Annual General Meeting of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. shareholders was held on May 28, 2013 with the represented equity capital of HRK 86,683,400, which means, 65.09 percent of the total company's share capital. Thus, the conditions for lawfully convened and eligible operation of the annual general meeting were established, which was the prerequisite for the decisions taken to be legally valid. With the presence of a notary public, the general meeting procedures were conducted by its president Snježana Bahtijari, who was appointed to the position by the Company Supervisory Board.
A five-day international convention MIPRO 2013 that this year gathered in Opatija more than a thousand ICT experts and scientist from some thirty countries ended on May 24, after an intense synergy established among the gathered representatives from economy, education, science and state administration.

The participants were MSc Gordana Kovačević, the president of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Ivan Vidaković, director of Microsofta Hrvatska, Prof. DSc Ivan Đikić , from the Buchmann Institute for Molecular Life Sciences, Prof. DSc Nedjeljko Perić, the dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Prof. DSc Saša Zelenika, Assistant Minister of Science, Education and Sport, as well as Vedran Kružić, Assistant Minister of Economy.

At the 4 th National Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility, held under the auspice of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Prof Dr Ivo Josipović, on April 25, 2013, in The Regent Esplanade Hotel, the European awards for CSR and Index for Community Social Responsibility were formally awarded.
