Pursuant to the Decision on dividend payment passed by the General Assembly of the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla, we notify the shareholders that the dividend for the business year 2005 in the amount of 19 HRK per share will be paid out on July 7, 2006.

Entitled to obtain the dividend are all shareholders who on May 25, 2006 had company's shares registered on their account at the CDA (Central Depository Agency).
