Pursuant to the Decsion adopted by the General Shareholders Assembly of Ericsson Nikola Tesla on May 12, 2005 about the redemption of stock capital by 100 HRK per share, the payout of this redemption shall be effected on February 15, 2006.

All shareholders who on May 5, 2005 had shares registered on their securities account with the Central Depositary Agency are entitled to this payout.
