Ericsson Nikola Tesla’s success in markets of Commonwealth of Independent Countries continues

In the beginning of April Ericsson Nikola Tesla has effectuated a continued sales success in the Commonwealth of Independent Countries’ markets. After having won a strategic and valuable GSM network expansion job with the Belarus customer Velcom, the company has contracted three other assignments in the markets of Moldavia, Russia and Uzbekistan, with the total value in the vicinity of HRK 9 million.

 

The Moldavian company Transtelecom from Tiraspol granted Ericsson Nikola Tesla the job of modernization of its fixed IP based network (IP ASM solution), which will enable operator to widen its end-user base and offer the cutting edge ICT services. With the Russian company Wireless Broadband Communications Ltd. a contract was signed for the customer Belgorodenergo from Belgorod. The job includes the upgrade and expansion of the customer’s corporate network based on Ericsson’s MD110 solution. In Uzbekistan, after long negotiations, the company signed two contracts with Uzbektelecom as investor for MX-ONE main equipment and accessories to be installed at the Office of the Uzbekistan President. This is a significant reference in the markets of Central Asia and the fact that the job was contracted with a 100% advance payment clause is also interesting.
