Pursuant to the Decision on dividend payment passed by the General Assembly of the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla, we notify the shareholders that the dividend for the business year 2006 in the amount of 320 HRK per share will be paid out on June 20, 2007.

Entitled to obtain the dividend are all shareholders who on May 24, 2007 had Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository Agency.
