Pursuant to the Decision on dividend payment passed by the General Assembly of the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla, we notify the shareholders that the dividend for the business year 2007 in the total amount of 270 HRK per share will be paid out on June 18, 2008.

Entitled to obtain the dividend are shareholders who on May 20, 2008 had Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository Agency.
