Ericsson Nikola Tesla's new contracts worth over 19.5 MHRK

Ericsson Nikola Tesla contracted new export deals worth in total over 19.5 MHRK. With the operator Kodotel the company signed a contract for the initial phase of GSM system implementation in the city and the region of Voronezh. Until recently Ericsson Nikola Tesla and Kodotel have worked together on building the operator's wireline network; the new contract will expand their collaboration to the new GSM network. Equipment delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of 2009 and the new GSM system should become operational in the fourth quarter.

 

With Megafon from Moscow the company concluded a contract for an exchange upgrading in Moscow and also for its extension with new media gateways for IP network.
In the Russian Far East new enterprise systems with latest IP solutions for business users in five cities of this remote region were contracted for the customer, the railway company DVŽD.

 

Gordana Kovačević, president of Ericsson Nikola Tesla said on these contracts: „New deals in the Russian market were made amid a strong competition. Highly modern solutions and equipment (we offer) and the vast experience of our specialists acquired in numerous demanding projects influenced this choice.
