Ericsson Nikola Tesla signed new contracts for export to CIS countries and Bosnia&Herzegovina.
It is about the new contracts on export to the Russian Federation market, as well as to the markets of Georgia, Moldova and Kazakhstan. The contracts cover the new export business and extensions of the current systems in fixed and mobile networks. A frame agreement was signed with MagtiCom, the biggest mobile operator in Georgia, for the delivery of fibre optic equipment for their optical backbone network. The project will be realized within the 12 months to come. Interdnjestrcom from Tiraspol in Moldova, ordered new quantities of broadband access nodes of EDA system, mobile network equipment, as well as IP-business communication system of MX-ONE type. With Russian operator Sibirtelekom the extension of their fixed network in Tomsk was contracted. Also, a contract on the state-of-the- art IP oriented solutions for business users was signed to meet the requirements of the CIS market.
The major telecom operator in Bosnia&Herzegovina, BH Telecom and Ericsson Nikola Tesla signed a new contract on extension of BH Telecom service network. The signed contract will make available new attractive services to the larger number of BH Telecom users. Also, this confirms the leading position of Ericsson Nikola Tesla in the region as concerns the system integration in the telecom field of activities.
MSc. Gordana Kovačević, the company president, gave a comment on the above business, and said: ”I’m satisfied with this new business in export, because after the third quarter, our efforts to stimulate the customers to invest into the development and modernization of their networks, resulted in several important contract, and this is not an end of this positive trend. Encouraged by this, we shall continue with our strong marketing and sales activities in all our markets“.
