MSc Gordana Kovačević, the president of Ericsson Nikola Tesla and MSc Nedžad Rešidbegović, BH Telecom director general, signed in Sarajevo on March 31, 2010, a contract on support services and maintenance of the complete network of BH Telecom, the largest operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The contract covers the period of two years and amounts to HRK 54 million.

When the contract was made, MSc Nedžad Rašidbagović, director general of BH Telecom said: „The contract, we signed today, confirms the long-term partnership of Ericsson Nikola Tesla and BH Telecom, as well as a good co-operation in the activities on the modernization of telecom system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Thus, the preconditions for providing attractive services to BH Telecom users are set.”

MSc Gordana Kovačević gave a comment on the above contract: „The signed contract means a further acknowledgement of our partnership and our long-term customer is provided with safety based on reliable services supplied by Ericsson Nikola Tesla. In addition, this confirms the determination of BH Telecom to offer its end-users the top grade quality“
