In accordance to Art. 430 of the Capital Market Act, this is to inform you that the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla disposed the total of 3650 of its own shares representing 0.27% of the share capital. Shares were distributed to employees of the Company under the Loyalty programs established in 2004 in order to motivate and reward the employees.

After above disposal the Company owns 5402 shares, which makes 0.41 % of the share capital.
