In accordance to Art. 430 of the Capital Market Act, this is to inform you that the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla disposed the total of 55 of its own shares representing 0.004% of the share capital. Shares were distributed to employees of the Company under the Award programs established in 2004.

After above disposal the Company owns 4262 shares, which makes 0.32 % of the share capital.
