Ericsson Nikola Tesla and IPKO Signed a New Contract

The President of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Gordana Kovačević, MSc, and the Executive Director of Kosovo operator IPKO, Robert Erzin, MSc, signed a framework contract that defines the strategic relations for the following period. The contract relates to the modernization of IPKO radio access and microwave network. IPKO's existing 2G network will be upgraded with new Ericsson RBS 6000 base stations and new nodes in radio access network core segment.

Exactly 20 years ago, on Saturday, May 13, 1995, at location Krapinska 45 in Zagreb, after the time and place of the Assembly were changed, due to safety reasons, a historic Constituent Assembly of Ericsson Nikola Tesla Joint Stock Company was held. On this day, although under air raid alert, the national and corporation flags and Ericsson logo were raised on our building's roof top. Our joint stock company officially began with its operation.

International Girls in ICT Day

This year for the first time, Croatia has, with a range of activities, joined the global movement of total 140 countries worldwide that on April 23, 2015 mark the International Girls in ICT Day. In Croatia, the main activity holder is the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) as a member of International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and partners of the project are the Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) and the Company Ericsson Nikola Tesla (ENT).

Ericsson Nikola Tesla and FER Continue Their Successful Cooperation

A contract for continuing successful cooperation and new projects with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), University of Zagreb, was signed, representing a continuation of a traditionally good cooperation between Ericsson Nikola Tesla and higher education institutions in Croatia and the region.
Joint Information System for Land Registry and Cadaster (JIS)

The Ministry of Justice and State Geodetic Administration signed a contract with Ericsson Nikola Tesla on upgrade and expansion of Joint Information System for Land Registry and Cadaster (JIS), ten months after the completion of the project in which a public portal One Stop Shop was developed, using the EU funds for the Republic of Croatia.
