Notification on transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to Article 19. Paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (hereinafter: the Issuer) notifies on transaction conducted by person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Issuer.
